How partner crews fit in
About ninety percent of what Blue Rock prices is built by our own crews. In busy months we add partner crews from a small network of contractors we work with regularly. They work under our site supervisors and lead hands, our site rules and our hold points, so the builder sees one company and one standard.
If you run a solid crew in one of the trades below and want a steady pipeline of work on well run sites, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements before the first day on site
Paperwork
A WCB Alberta account, liability insurance with Blue Rock added as additional insured, and your safety documents. We pull WCB clearance before every payment.
Safety every day
Full PPE at all times. A hazard assessment and fall protection plan completed each day with a copy to our supervisor. Our two person safety team visits every site.
One name on site
Partner crews wear Blue Rock vests, keep other company signage off the site and report to our lead hand each morning. Quality is checked twice, by the lead hand and by our QC team, before the next layer covers it.

Our online application walks through your company details, trades, crew size, equipment, references and rates. The WCB account number is required at the application stage. Clearance letters and certificates can follow before work starts.
