Yes. Blue Rock Construction and Renovation Ltd. holds municipal business licences in Calgary and Strathmore, carries five million dollars in commercial general liability insurance, and our WCB Alberta account is in good standing. Certificates are available on request with any bid.

Both. Most of our volume is multi family and new construction work for builders and developers, and we also take on re-roofs, re-siding and full exterior upgrades for homeowners.

Our own crews build about ninety percent of what we price. Installers, roofers, painters and finishers work for Blue Rock directly, and in peak months we add partner crews who work under our supervisors and our safety program.

Yes. Homeowner projects carry a five year workmanship warranty, and we return to correct deficiencies. Builder contracts carry the warranty terms set out in each agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through in full.

Every worker is trained, ticketed where required and covered by WCB. Our safety program follows the Alberta COR model and site documentation is available to any builder who asks.
