Who we are
One company for the whole exterior
Blue Rock Construction and Renovation Ltd. is a Calgary based exterior contractor. We deliver the complete building envelope on multi family, residential and light commercial projects: roofing, siding and cladding, soffit, fascia and trims, eavestrough, parging, paint and drywall.
The difference is how the work is organized. Instead of five or six subcontractors on one building, our own crews run every trade under one contract, one site supervisor and one schedule. Builders get a single point of responsibility from the first shingle to the final coat of paint.
In peak months we add trusted partner crews, and they work under our supervisors and our site rules. Quality control stays in our hands.
Blue Rock was founded in 2024. The people running it have been building Calgary exteriors since 2018, from stucco and siding crews to supervising full building envelope scopes.

We price by trade from your drawings, so you can compare line by line. The number we give is the number we stand behind.
Supervised crews
Every site runs under a Blue Rock supervisor with daily hazard assessments, fenced work areas and a clean site at the end of each day.
Schedule discipline
One company across nine scopes means no gaps between subs. When the roof is done, the siding crew is already booked.

Prequalification, ready to send
Our standing prequalification package is kept current and goes out the same day you ask for it: WCB Alberta clearance letter, certificate of insurance with five million dollars in commercial general liability and your company named as additional insured, safety manual and training records, COR certification status, company profile with project experience, and references from builders we work with now.
