What to do after the storm
- Stay off the roof. Photograph damage from the ground. Dented eavestrough, broken siding, lost shingles and window trims all count.
- Call your insurer and open the claim. Note the claim number.
- Book our inspection. We photograph and document every elevation and the roof, and you keep a copy of everything.
- We price to the adjuster's scope. One written quote that matches what your insurer approved.
- If the adjuster missed damage, we document it with photos so you can take it back to them.

How we handle insurance work
We price the real damage. We do not inflate claims and we do not play games with deductibles. You get one written scope that matches the adjuster's approval, a start date and a five year workmanship warranty on the repair. Storm calls go to the front of our inspection queue.
Already have an adjuster scope? Send it to us and we will go through it line by line at no charge. Hail rarely hits only the shingles, and scopes often leave out eavestrough, siding elevations or trims. Where something is missing we document it with photos so you can take it back to your insurer.
